Elected Officer positions – filled by annual vote of the membership, scheduled March 2024
President Elect – automatically advances to President the following year.
Collaborate with the President in leading the chapter and serve as a substitute for the President when necessary. Coordinate with the leadership team to ensure smooth operation of chapter business. Automatically advance to the President role after one year of service as President-Elect, and remain on the board for one additional year as Past-President, for a total of 3 years of board service.
Note: to be eligible for the President-Elect role, you must have served the Chapter on the Board or in a volunteer position for at least six months in the past three years.
Treasurer
Maintain accurate and timely financial records, submit tax and incorporation filings, develop and monitor budget.

Director, Education – Watch Video: Role defined in her own words, Maria Connolly
Provides direction and oversight of programming regarding ICF Global’s Core Competencies and ethics. Ensures that members’ skills and competencies are being enhanced through high-quality, compelling, and thought-provoking educational content.
Chair of Strategic Outreach – WATCH Video: Role defined by our President, Shauna Prince
Serves on the Equity, Outreach, and Belonging Team and thinks strategically about how we connect with the broader Oregon community. Partners with other professional organizations that share adjacent skills (i.e. human resources, organizational development, and training).
Chair of Social Media – Watch Video: Role defined in his own words, Daniel Prince
This role is responsible for creating social media posts for all ICF Oregon events, for generating community interaction and engagement in social media within ICF Oregon, and to attract guests to our events through our social media presence.
Ambassador – One Position – Watch Video: Role defined in her own words, Stefanie Siebold
As an ambassador, the primary responsibility is to welcome and integrate new members into the chapter community by providing one-on-one support, addressing their questions, and facilitating networking opportunities.
